Our Enterprise Solution Consulting pillar specializes in delivering comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to a diverse range of clients across industries. We are committed to providing world-class consulting services that optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive strategic growth for our clients. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled ERP Leader to join our team and take charge of leading ERP projects. functional areas of expertise including CRM, PLM, supply chain, projects, manufacturing, and finance. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of ERP systems, industry best practices, and a proven track record of successful ERP project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end ERP projects, from initial assessment to post-implementation support, ensuring alignment with client objectives and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze their existing business processes, identify gaps, and design optimized solutions to streamline operations.
• Oversee the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while adhering to quality standards.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle, addressing issues, resolving challenges, and ensuring user adoption.
• Lead integration efforts between ERP systems and other software applications, ensuring data consistency and seamless information flow.
• Manage data conversion processes, ensuring accurate migration of data from legacy systems to the new ERP environment.
• Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies, enabling clients to derive actionable insights from ERP data in all areas with emphasis on supply chain and manufacturing.
• Stay updated on the latest ERP trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into project approaches and recommendations.
• Mentor and train junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the overall success of the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and enhanced service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in ERP consulting and project leadership.
• Extensive expertise in one or more of the following ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
• Proven track record of leading at least 5 successful ERP implementations across multiple industries.
• Strong business process analysis and optimization skills.
• Excellent understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, project controls, and CRM processes.
• Proficiency in data conversion methodologies and integration techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP analytics and reporting tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
• PMP and relevant ERP certifications are a plus.
