What we are looking for

Are you a Unicorn? Because MyKrill is looking for a Unicorn; a highly energetic, determined, and disciplined Senior Sales Executive with a wild ambition to build generational wealth. This is an in-office position in the Memorial (Woodway and Voss) area of Houston. The ideal candidate will be extremely competitive and driven, goal orientated, have exceptional customer service and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, and have the stamina to work with a start-up/entrepreneurial fervor. The perfect candidate will have 4 – 6 years of B2B sales success; selling IT Managed Service and Consulting Services while blowing out sales quotas and winning awards. We are looking for an outstanding net new logo hunter with a strong network, and a singular mission to gain access to decision makers. At MyKrill success is the only path forward so you must have a great positive attitude, a solid understanding of B2B sales methodologies and be willing to do what others won’t to close business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly prospecting plans.
  • Create quarterly outbound gaining access campaigns, leveraging phone, email, network. events, professional organizations, and social media.
  • Build annual targeted personal-earnings projection plans and execute.
  • Deliver weekly activity results to the Head of Strategy and Development.
  • Exceed sales quota.
  • Build an empire.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B IT Managed Service sales of IT help-desk support, device management and deployment, and the Microsoft 365 tech stack
  • Minimum of 4 years selling B2B Project and Consulting Services
  • Minimum 3 years of telemarketing and/or phone prospecting experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Have a desire to join a company that is established and growing, has a strong culture supported by core values, and be a part of an elite team of high net earners, while standing out as the lead revenue generator for the company
  • Take extreme ownership of responsibilities and have the drive and focus to execute a proven process for success.
  • Be a proactive learner, who isn’t afraid to ask questions or ask for help and respond well to coaching.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Documented proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.
